      Terms & Conditions

      • Payment Terms and Conditions: 60% advance payment upon confirmation of package. Hotel bookings and flight bookings confirmation will be provided within 3-4 days after advance payment is received, and 40% balance payment should be made one day before the arrival day of guests.
      • Advance payment received is non-refundable except special conditions.
      • Hotel and flight bookings are subject to non-cancellation and non-refundable policies as per supplier rules.
      • Seat allocation, meals, and baggage allowance on flights are subject to airline policy and fare rules.
      • Hotels are subject to change according to availability.
      • No refunds will be provided for unused services, sightseeing, meals, or accommodation.
      • Photographs or videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless the client objects in writing.
      • Sightseeing schedules may be altered or canceled due to local conditions, weather, traffic, or government regulations without prior notice.
      • Child policy, extra bed charges, and infant fares are strictly as per hotel and airline policies.
      • Hotel check-in time is 2:00 pm and checkout time is 11:00 am - 12:00 pm.
      • Two bottles of water are only complimentary in hotels. Additional bottles and other mini bar items will be charged by hotel if used by guests.
      • By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all the above terms and conditions.
