- 60% advance payment upon confirmation of package. Hotel bookings and flight bookings confirmation will be provided within 3-4 days after advance payment is received, and 40% balance payment should be made one day before the arrival day of guests.
- Advance payment received is non-refundable except under special conditions.
- Hotel and flight bookings are subject to non-cancellation and non-refundable policies as per supplier rules.
- Seat allocation, meals, and baggage allowance on flights are subject to airline policy and fare rules.
- Hotels are subject to change according to availability.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services, sightseeing, meals, or accommodation.
- Photographs or videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless the client objects in writing.
- Sightseeing schedules may be altered or canceled due to local conditions, weather, traffic, or government regulations without prior notice.
- Child policy, extra bed charges, and infant fares are strictly as per hotel and airline policies.
- Hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and checkout time is 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
- Two bottles of water are complimentary in hotels. Additional bottles and other mini bar items will be charged by the hotel if used by guests.
- By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all the above terms and conditions.
