Bookings
All travel bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation from airlines, hotels, and other relevant service providers. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Travelog.
Agreement to TermsBy accessing the Travelog website and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Payments
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Failure to complete the required payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any amount already paid.

Travel Documents
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and all other required travel documents prior to departure. Travelog will not be held liable for any issues arising from missing or invalid documentation.

Liability
Travelog acts solely as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers such as airlines and hotels. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, disruptions, or losses caused by airlines, hotels, or any other external factors beyond our control.
